Analytics Dashboard
The analytic reports in Backflipt platform provide valuable insights and metrics related to the flows created and executed using the platform.
The Analytics menu in Backflipt platform shows details about the flows and integrations that you have created. It helps you keep track of important flows and easily access the ones you frequently use. The dashboards for Admins and Users have different widgets that give you a quick overview of the flows.
Analytics Dashboard
On the dashboard, you can perform the following tasks:
- Search: You can enter any keyword in the search box to find relevant results from the table.
- Go to Flow from Dashboard: From the dashboard, you can click the flow to go to the Flow Builder canvas.
- View: You can click on the
icon to display the flow details.
By default, the following reports are configured on the dashboard:
- Flows Created
- Active Flows
- Flows Executed in last 7 days, last 30 days and last 90 days
- Top 10 Popular Flows
- Apps Used
- Total Flows Executed
- Successful Flow Execution
- Failed Flows Execution
These analytic reports provide valuable information for monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting of flows in the platform enabling users to track usage patterns, identify popular flows, and ensure the successful execution of flows.
